Research use only — no returns on opened product
Our products are laboratory research reagents. Once a vial has left our custody we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we cannot return it to saleable stock. We therefore do not accept returns on opened product, and we do not offer change-of-mind returns. This is standard practice for research chemicals and exists to protect the integrity of every order we ship.
What we do replace or refund
We will replace or refund your order where:
- The product arrived damaged or the vial was compromised in transit.
- You received the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
- The product does not match the specification on its Certificate of Analysis.
- Your order never arrived and the carrier confirms it as lost.
How to make a claim
Email ray@purelyaminos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the packaging, the vial and its label. We will respond within one business day.
If we ask you to return an item, do not discard it until we have confirmed the outcome. Where the fault is ours we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Where a refund cannot be returned to the original method, we will arrange an alternative with you directly.
Shipping charges are refunded only where the entire order is at fault.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost at any point before it is dispatched — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled and the terms above apply.
Orders we may cancel
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we cannot fulfil the item, where we cannot verify the order details, or where we believe the products are not being purchased for laboratory research use.
