Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Processing time

In-stock catalogue items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

If an item in your order is out of stock we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait, substitute, or cancel that line.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping — calculated at checkout based on your order.
• Free shipping — applied automatically on orders of $200.00 or more, before tax.

Packaging

Products are supplied as lyophilised powder and are shipped in protective packaging. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. On arrival, store as directed on the product label and Certificate of Analysis.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, email ray@purelyaminos.com with your order number. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and contents, as carriers require these to process a claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we can reship it once you cover the return and reshipment cost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.

By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes and that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing the purchase, possession and use of research reagents in your jurisdiction.
